CFD Simulation Project Pricing and Packages
Many companies have found that a great method of evaluating engineering software tools in terms of their usefulness, is to carry-out pilot consulting projects.
Using our engineering consulting experience has allowed us to streamline this process. We are now able to offer the following packaged CFD Consulting and Implementation services:

The CFD Study includes the set-up of the simulation case, solving, post processing, report production and an optional WebEx based review.
Simply submit your exported assembly geometry via our secure FTP service in either STEP, Parasolid, ACIS format or as the native CAD geometry as a zip file: Request access to our secure FTP site here.
Once the geometry is uploaded with a brief description of the development challenge or the improvement in performance you’d like to achieve, we will confirm the price for the study within 4 hrs.

Turbomachinery Design studies
80/20 Engineering can design Centrifugal/Axial Pumps, Fans, Blowers, Compressors, Ventilators or Turbines based on your design criteria. The study includes the design and creation of the Device’s 3D CAD geometry with the performance being validated using CFD simulation.
Prices for this complete design service start from 2,990 pounds

We can also arrange for inhouse Simerics-MP+ and/or CFturbo trial packages where we help to train you on a test project. This will include full support through a month’s free access to these CFD Simulation and Turbo-Machinery design software tools. (Starting from 1,990 pounds)
FEA Structural Analysis Services
Within 80/20 Engineering we also have simulation skills across all aspects of mechanical design and have access to a range of structural FEA tools from ANSYS, FEMAP, NASTRAN, LS-DYNA (Prices are available upon request, simply upload your CAD model with a brief description of the structural analysis required) Request access to our secure FTP here.
